Educational Volunteers needed for:
Interpretive Education Presentations
The Great Lakes Zoological Society is seeking volunteers that have experience giving interpretive education programs to school children in a zoological setting. Experience working with, handling, and knowledge about reptiles is needed.
The Volunteers would be presenting to school children, kindergarten through seventh grade; scout groups; and birthday party groups.
The Great Lakes Zoological Society is seeking volunteers interested in giving tours of the World of Discovery exhibit area to school children, and scout groups. Experience working with children, ages 5-13 would be helpful. A willingness to learn facts about the animals in the exhibit and to discuss these facts and interact with the school and scout groups will be necessary.
